Cuisiner le poisson est pour moi un plaisir sans cesse renouvelé et la pêche est un de mes passe-temps favoris.

Au cours des années que j'ai passées au Japon j'ai pu satisfaire pleinement ces deux passions.
En japonais "Sakana" signifie poisson.

Par association d'idées et jeux de mots, le poisson japonais est devenu Sa.Qua.Na, premières syllabes de 3 mots dont ma cuisine s'inspire tous les jours :
